Chat operator (Support) in Melzar

In this position you will receive:

Your duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat.
• Advise customers about our services and advertising opportunities.
• Quickly solve any customer problems or questions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction , making them happy.

What we expect:

• Knowledge of the English language at the B1 level and above.
• Communication skills and a love for communication.
• A confident PC user (MS Office).
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Experience in customer support is a plus, but we are willing to train newcomers!
