WHAT TO DO?

• Performance of technical and software support of IT systems;
• Reception and processing of requests from users by phone and in the Service Desk system;
• Maintenance of user workplaces, cash register area, related peripheral and trade equipment;
• Providing methodical and technical and consulting assistance to Central Office employees;
400">Maintenance of equipment, software;
• Backup of data;
• Performing antivirus protection of workstations.

We are waiting for a long and cool cooperation if:

• have experience working with VMware systems
• have an understanding of cluster operation and virtualization
• have experience working with backup systems
• experience working with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, FTP, File server, Office 365, POS equipment and cash registers
• have experience in network configuration: vlan, vpn, nat, Zabbix and Service Desk monitoring systems
• worked with Service Desk type systems, Linux:, Windows 7-10,
