We are a dynamic company that is rapidly growing and expanding its team. Now we need a chat manager to strengthen our ranks and help customers. Our travel products are in high demand due to their versatility and practicality. We cooperate with leading trade networks throughout Ukraine, providing our customers with quality products. Therefore, we are looking for an optimistic and responsible person to process orders, respond to customer inquiries and maintain a high level of service.

What you will do:

• Process customer inquiries via chats (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, Signal, Email).
• Answer questions and specify details (payment form, data for sending NP, order status).
• Form orders through chats with clients.< /li>
• Work with the CRM system.
• Perform other tasks that may arise in the process.

You'll be fine if you:

1. You have experience working with clients via chats or on the phone (beauty salon administrators, support service managers - great experience!).
2. Able to use quick replies and clipboard, understand how to work with scripts.
3. You quickly learn new programs and confidently work with a PC.
4. You write competently and quickly respond to requests.
5. You want to work in a young, friendly team without unnecessary formalities.

What we offer:

• Salary: Fixed rate of UAH 25,000 + bonuses for excellent work.
• Schedule: 5/2 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, but we are flexible about breaks and lunches. I wanted to rest - no problems, the main thing is that everything is within reason. :)
• Place of work: Office at 15 minutes from Bresteiska Street (Vaclava Havela Blvd.) We have a recreation area, a coffee shop, and a supermarket for you amenities. And there is table tennis and cornhole in the office - play if you want to relax or just distract yourself.
• Internship: 3- 4 days of training, where we will show and tell everything, after which you will become a full-fledged member of the team.
