Main duties:

• Communication with clients in chat (messengers, email, CRM).
• Reception and processing of requests from clients.
• Clarification of details and transfer of tasks to relevant specialists.
• Control of execution of client processes according to internal instructions.
• Maintaining a high level of service and trust in customer relations. 
• Supporting the client throughout the entire period of cooperation.
   

What we expect from you:

• Experience as a chat manager or in the field of working with customers will be an advantage.
• A confident user of PC, messengers and online services.
• Attention to details and the ability to conduct multiple dialogues at the same time.
• Communicative, tactful and customer-oriented.
• A basic understanding of the operation of digital services or computer programs will be a plus, but not mandatory.
