We are looking for an experienced Change Manager who will be a key link in the planning, implementation, monitoring and consolidation of changes, including the implementation of WMS (Warehouse Management System) at our distribution centers. You will be responsible for coordinating changes in warehouse processes and ensuring their effective implementation at all warehouses of the company. Main duties:- Analysis of the need for changes at distribution centers.- Assessment of the current state.- Identification of problems and opportunities;- Formulation of goals for changes;- Change planning; - Preparation of distribution centers for the implementation of the WMS system, coordination of functionality in accordance with business needs; - Coordination of all stages of transformation of warehouse processes, including automation of operations, optimization of logistics and integration with related business processes; - Organization of training for warehouse employees, including training on working in the WMS system; - Constant interaction with warehouse teams, IT department, logistics divisions and management to ensure the effectiveness of implemented changes ;- Tracking the results of implementing changes, analyzing the effectiveness of changes, developing proposals for improving processes;- Ensuring the unification of warehouse operations in accordance with the new standards. Candidate requirements: - Higher education in the field of logistics, business administration, IT or a related field; - 2 years of work experience in change management, logistics or warehouse processes.
