During the war we provided more than 100,000 people, provided services in protection sectors, shelters, cash assistance, food and livelihoods. The range of our programs - from multi -purpose assistance centers in large cities to specialized psychological support groups for children and adults working in rural areas; From the projects of residence with high vulnerability to emergency response programs that provide critical assistance to the frontline communities. Financial Officer is a guidance position in a financial service that supports financial functions in both the UK and Ukraine, software teams and other stakeholders in:
- Budget Development, Working with National and International Software Colleagues on Financial Models Development. and accurate reports, meaningful comments and advice. >
Reporting and Analytics
- Management of budget funds for each project and general activity of BF Depol Ukraine, control over their use. >
- Timely provision of financial management information, including cash flow reports, description and analysis of actual costs and their deviations from the planned ones.
- Informing donors, budget spending units, procurement team stakeholders about potential re -exposed/underdeveloped funds.
- Preparation and interpretation of monthly management reporting.
- Preparation of periodic analysis of key indicatorID efficiency/expenditures KPI.
- Preparing the budgets of new projects, as well as monitoring the implementation and revision of the budgets of current projects.
- Preparing other financial statements on the projects, according to the requirements of donors and internal financial procedures of the organization (in English), working with colleagues on national and international financing of programs.
- Improving the BAS Management Accounting System.
- Participation in the preparation and passing of audits.
- Improvement and development of financial procedures and charitable organization policies, according to Donor requirements.
