Charitable Fund" Unforgettable " was founded in 2021. The Foundation Mission - Ukraine is a friendly country with dementia where people with dementia and their relatives live a decent and comfortable life. We work for people with dementia and their caregivers to have access to the quality they need and feel the support of society, and Ukrainians are aware of dementia and engaged in its prevention. now the Fund's team has 11 people and more which will help coordinate our activities, improve the efficiency of the Fund and develop our organization. 

expectations from the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of project management, marketing, economics, management of organizations; sociology, social work.
• experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• The experience of managing projects-planning, control of performance, analysis of efficiency;
• ability evaluate the risks and find solutions to minimize them;
• experience in managing teams of different levels (permanent workers, volunteers, contractors); ;
• Ability to motivate and attract employees to work effectively;
• developed leadership skills: ability to delegate, support the team spirit, resolve conflicts;
• flexibility in the approach to management - adaptation to team and organization changes;
• Experience attracting funding through grants, partnership programs or corporate donors;
• Skills of writing grant applications and reporting to granting; l> ability to present the fund to potential partners and donors, to argue its value;
• the ability to negotiate, present ideas and convey key messages to different audiences;
• Knowledge of the basics of financial management;
• Experience with different stakeholders (graders, government organizations, NGOs, business partners);
• free competent command of Ukrainian (oral and written), fluent in English;
• Understanding the work of charitable organizations is a great advantage;
• Ability to effectively plan working hours and set priorities;
• Ability to work in short time;
• flexibility and adaptability;
• High level of responsibility and motivation. 
• The desire to develop in the profession.

Basic responsibilities:

• coordination : Supervision of the Foundation Initiatives, Control of Tasks, Interactions with Managers and Graduers.Nance, assistance in grant applications, communication with donors.
• Partnership: communication with existing and new partners, organizations, businesses; Fund representation at the events. politicians and procedures, attracting new team members.
• Finance: budgeting and cost control. and volunteers. Working day from 09:00 to 18:00 (flexible start and end of the day);
• the ability to influence social changes - you will become part of a team that improves the quality of life of people with dementia and their families. Your ideas and initiatives will have a real impact;
• professional development and training - work in the Fund provides constant development, participation in profile activities, trainings, cooperation with international partners and experts in the field of social change.
