We at Netpeak Group plan to create a new event agencyNetpeak Group Event Agency, which will specialize in organizing corporate events with immersive elements and non-standard humor. The purpose of this direction is not only to create unique events, but also to contribute to our mission - to change thinking, get rid of inefficiencies, overcome patterns, and instead inspire new ideas.

We are looking for a CEO who can build Netpeak Group Event Agency as a system company that organizes the best corporate events in Ukraine. The task is to build an A-player-level team, implement a systematic approach, digitize processes and attract the best contractors.

Hard skills:

1. Experience in the role of CEO / Head of in the field of organizing corporate events from 2 years.
2. Experience in organizing events such as with a minimal budget, so with almost unlimited - from 15 USD to 300 USD per person.
3. Experience of organizing at least 10 events for 100+ guests.
4. Experience in planning not only a specific event, but also the work of the entire department, company. 
5. Knowledge of industry standards, following trends.
6. Ability to rely on measurable metrics, not on feelings . 
7. The ability to find professionals is a basic skill for a CEO.
8. The ability to conduct negotiations, present concepts and defend estimates.

1. The ability to get results with minimal costs. Experience with OKR or Management by objectives.
2. Ability to quickly learn, perceive and use new information at work.
3. Ability to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and draw constructive conclusions from them. The ability to work with formulas in tables, build a dashboard with basic business metrics, draw up a business plan.

1. Experience in organizing events in formats: offline, online and hybrid.

1. Organization of turnkey events for Netpeak Group companies (as clients).
2. Organization of 50-80 corporate events per year in formats: online, offline or mixed, in particular at several locations at the same time.
3. Calculation and coordination of budgets for all types of events and greetings.
4. Organization of the full cycle of sales and production of events for external customers.

1. Payment is the rate + monthly bonus. This means that in addition to the fixed market rate, you also have an additional bonus that you can directly influence.
