We at Netpeak Group plan to create a new event agency Netpeak Group Event Agency, which will specialize in organizing corporate events with immersive elements and non-standard humor. The purpose of this direction is not only to create unique events, but also to contribute to our mission - to change thinking, get rid of inefficiencies, overcome patterns, and instead inspire new ideas.

We are looking for CEO who will be able to build Netpeak Group Event Agency as a system company that organizes the best corporate events in Ukraine. The task is to build an A-player-level team, implement a systematic approach, digitize processes and attract the best contractors.

Hard skills:

1. Experience in the role of CEO / Head of in the field of organizing corporate events from 2 years.
< li>Experience in organizing events both with a minimal budget and with almost unlimited - from 15 USD to 300 USD per person.
2. Experience in organizing a minimum of 10 events for 100+ guests.
3. Experience planning not only a specific event, but also the work of the entire department, company. 
4. Knowledge of industry standards, following trends.
5. Ability to rely on measurable metrics, not on feelings. 
6. The ability to find professionals is a basic skill for a CEO.
7. The ability to conduct negotiations, present concepts and defend estimates.

Soft skills:

1. Ability to get results with minimal costs. Experience with OKR or Management by objectives.
2. Ability to quickly learn, perceive and use new information at work.
3. Ability to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and draw constructive conclusions from them . Ability to work with formulasin tables, build a dashboard with basic business metrics, draw up a business plan.
4. Aspiration to pay attention to small things that can affect the result of work.
5. Skills in drawing up plans, organizing work, forming schedule and budget in a productive manner; prescribe goals for the entire team, and work so that the team achieves goals.
6. High quality standards. Demanding both to oneself and to subordinates.
7. A sense of style, readiness for non-standard solutions and the ability to filter out incorrect and meaningless ideas.  
8. Ability to organize yourself and the people around you in stressful circumstances.

1. Experience in organizing events in offline, online and hybrid formats.
