The company is looking for a Human Resources Manager

Location:Lviv region, Horodok, str. Artyshivska, 7 

Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely and high-quality work on personnel administration within the framework of labor legislation of Ukraine (formation of personal files; keeping a timesheet, drawing up personnel reports, registration of acceptance, transfer, vacations, dismissal of employees; filling in and accounting of work books; drawing up certificates from the place of work, drawing up vacation schedules, etc.)
• Responsibility for corporate culture: formation of social and psychological climate, values ​​for employee interest in achieving common goals
• Responsibility for organization of trainings and training seminars for employees
• Participation in HR department projects

Requirements for your experience and skills:

• Complete higher education (master, specialist)
• Confident user Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet
• One year of work experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of labor legislation at a high level, keeping personnel records in the 1C information system
