Key tasks:

• Formation and implementation of the company's development strategy;

• Management of all areas: operations, sales, finance, HR;

• Ensuring profitability growth and business scaling;

• Building a strong management team;

• Control of financial indicators (budget, KPI, P&L);

• Optimizing business processes and increasing efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of CEO / top manager from 2 years;

• System thinking and leadership qualities;

• Experience in managing teams and business processes;
