Main tasks

• Analysis of personnel training needs in accordance with the strategic goals of the company
• Development and adaptation of training programs for different categories of employees.
• Conducting offline and online training sessions, business trainings, workshops.
• Interaction with internal customers (Divisions of the Bank).
• Assessment of training effectiveness and providing feedback based on training results.

Requirements for the candidate

• Higher education (personnel management, psychology, management or related areas)
• Experience work as a business trainer/training and personnel development specialist for 2 years or more.
• Experience in implementing e-learning
• Mandatory work experience in the banking sector.
• Proficiency in modern teaching methods.
• Experience in developing and conducting training programs.
• Skills in facilitating group processes.
• Proficient in MS Office, online tools for learning.
