We have our own warehouse and transport and logistics facilities throughout Ukraine and a Customer Support Center, and since 2020 our Chef University studio has been operating, which enables customers to learn from leading chefs and world ambassadors.
Now the company is actively developing new areas and launching ambitious projects, and in this regard, we invite to the team Brand Manager VTM (Non-food, imported from China), who will help us strengthen and develop our own brands.
Main responsibilities:
- Formation and management of the Non-food VTM matrix: novelties, rotations, seasonality, price segments.
- Analysis of the market and competitors, preparation of recommendations for the development of the category.
- Development of positioning and product concepts: UTP, line, naming, key characteristics.
- Coordination with procurement regarding suppliers and factory selection.
- Control of conformity of the VTM product, quality standards, packaging and labeling.
- Briefing and control of development of packaging and content for e-commerce/Horeca.
- Preparation of materials for of sales: presentations, launch pack, arguments.
- Calculation of cost, pricing and planned margin.
- Monitoring turnover, optimization of the line after launches.
- Budget planning, formation of sales plans and KPI control in coordination with the sales department.
You are our ideal candidate, if:
- You have 2+ years of experience as a brand manager, product manager or category manager (FMCG or non-food).
- You know how to launch and manage end-to-end products — from concept to launch and support sales.
- You understand all product processes: from idea to packaging, labeling, quality control, procurement, logistics and sales.
- You work confidently with numbers: margin, cost price, price, landed cost.
- You have strong communication skills and can effectively coordinate work with key participants in the process (purchasing, logistics, quality, marketing, sales).
- You are fluent in English at the B1+ level for correspondence and calls with suppliers.
Would be an advantage:
- Experience with import from China and/or private label production.
- Experience in categories: kitchenware, tableware, home goods.
