This is a responsible position, within the framework of which it is necessary to combine understanding of the market, analytics, the ability to build processes and conduct quality negotiations. Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in online casinos or gambling companies.
• Deep understanding of the online casino market, its mechanics and trends.
• Experience in managing the gaming part of the casino, including the development and implementation of tournaments.
• Ability to create and implement joint promo with providers.
• Successful experience of negotiations with game providers.
• Understanding of financial processes: work with invoices, contracts and their reconciliations.
• Experience of cooperation with legal departments, knowledge of the main legal requirements and regulations in the gambling industry.
• Ability to analyze key casino indicators and understand their interdependence.
• Deep understanding of the gambling market and its dynamics.
• Knowledge of the English language for negotiating with international partners.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the gaming part of the casino: game management, tournament policy, joint promotions with providers
• Management of relations with partners: negotiations with providers, work with rates and costs
• Work with the financial and legal unit: contracts, invoices, reconciliations
• Analytics: understand the interdependence of indicators on each other and the ability to influence the overall result
• Vision and strategy: understand the market , understand how to develop a brand from the point of view of promotion and mechanics
