Role Overview: As a Senior AQA Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining an automated testing framework from scratch. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our HRIS web application. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into our development process and ensure that our application meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and implement an automated testing framework and strategy for the HRIS web application.
● Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and load testing.
● Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline in collaboration with DevOps.
● Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely
and meaningful feedback.
● Identify, document, and track bugs, and ensure thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
● Develop and apply comprehensive testing processes for new and existing products.
● Monitor test execution, analyze test results, and report on test coverage and quality metrics.
● Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies, and continuously improve the testing process.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in automated testing, with a strong focus on web applications.
● Proven experience in building automated testing frameworks from scratch.
● Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Cypress , Selenium, , JUnit, TestNG).
● Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
● Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
● Knowledge of AWS services and environments.
● Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with HRIS or similar web applications.
● Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular) and back-end technologies (PHP, Laravel).
● Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
