Croatian Refugee Council ( NRC) is an independent humanitarian non-governmental organization founded in 1946. We provide assistance, protect the rights and contribute to solving the problems of refugees, internally displaced persons and other persons affected by armed conflict. NRC began its activities in Ukraine at the end of 2014, supporting people affected by the conflict in the east of the country. We are now increasing our efforts in Ukraine and neighboring countries to provide assistance to people forced to flee their homes due to war. 1.2. Role and Responsibilities
- Adherence to NRC policies and procedures.
- Participation in the development of relevant cash payment projects.
- Support of project implementation cash payments (project activities and documentation) in accordance with proposals, strategies, requirements of donors and official SOP procedures (operating systems processes).
- Providing technical and administrative support, ensuring high technical and administrative quality of projects.
- Promoting the rights of IDPs/returnees in accordance with the advocacy strategy.
- Development of requests from the CFM team (community feedback mechanism) (complaints, feedback, questions).
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Support in SOP development upon request.
>- Ensuring proper archiving of all accompanying documents and invoices for procurement.
- Preparation and development of status reports in accordance with management requirements.
1.3. Specific Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare grantee lists in accordance with NRC internal regulations and processes (Excel and PDF formats).
- Close cooperation with the CFM department regarding requests, applications, feedback, complaints, specific situations or statuses disbursements related to our financial assistance project.
- Processing the list of persons in need of duplication/deletion through the WFP BuildingBlocks system.
- Working with the RedRose financial platform: tracking successful and rejected disbursements, transfer results to the CFM team and reporting to the cash coordinator payments and markets (information systems).
- Sending notifications via the Vodafone SMS platform or alternatives for financial assistance registrants.
- Assisting with urgent applications for MPCA (Fast Universal Cash assistance) to receive financial assistance (preparation of presentations, training sessions, periodic visits to field conditions during emergency situations).and in accordance with NRC standard procedures.
- Maintain spreadsheet to track successful/rejected cash disbursement transactions and other relevant information for finance.
- Support cash assistance execution to ensure implementation as per plans and agreed standards.
- Checking and systematization of all documents related to the preparation of cash assistance payments and commission invoices RedRose.
- Generate purchase requests and purchase orders for any cash project payments on the Unit 4 platform and work closely with the procurement and finance team to approve these requests and orders.
- Conducting quality assurance of digital products as necessary to ensure proper operation of tools for project participants and other processes.

2.1. Professional Competencies
General Professional Competencies:
- Higher level of education (bachelor's degree) in information management, business administration, IT or development.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in operations with information systems in NGOs or development agencies.
- Ability to coordinate tasks and work in tight environments deadlines.
- Documented results related to job duties.
- Experience in managing internal organizational processes.
- Fluency in English, both written and and verbally.
- Experience with the RedRose platform or universal cash assistance is desirable.
Skills, knowledge and experience:
- Knowledge and compliance EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and data privacy mechanisms.
- Knowledge and understanding of information business system operations.
- Knowledge of humanitarian functions of information management and coordination mechanisms.
- li>Field experience and understanding of cash program initiatives and experience with software such as RedRose, ODK, Kobo Collect Application or other builders forms.
