BO "Smile Charitable Foundation of YA" invites a Case Manager (specialist in social support) to the team of the project "Provision of quality case management services to victims of GHZ, including coordinated care and support in finding available services".

The project is aimed at identifying, responding to and supporting victims from gender-based violence, providing them with comprehensive assistance in the field of providing medical, social, psychological, legal, humanitarian aid, as well as in the field of human rights protection in order to improve the quality of life of the affected persons.

Responsibilities:

Location: V. Starokozache, Odesa areas

Requirements:

• Higher education (social work, psychology, pedagogy, jurisprudence - an advantage).
• Work experience in the field of social protection or case management (from 1 year to preferably).
• PC skills, knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of social protection.
• Responsibility, communication, ethics.
• Zero tolerance for any manifestations of violence and discrimination, compliance with ethical standards (Sexual exploitation and harassment are prohibited in all forms. The organization implements a policy to prevent sexual harassment, sexual exploitation and harassment. Procedures are regulated in accordance with the policies of the SSC and organizational rules and regulations organizations). 

Terms:

• Salary: UAH 30,000-40,000 (before taxes).< /li>
• Full time, flexible schedule, up to 3 trips per week.
• Reimbursement of mobile communication costs, provision of a mobile phone.
