UN manager in Optimum Media Ukraine

We are expanding our team and are looking for a UN manager.

Main tasks:

• Training of technical requirements for adaptation of layouts/videos for further placement on outdoor advertising media; 
• Verification of compliance with technical requirements of received models/videos;
• Communication with related departments of contractors and agencies (printing shops, logistics departments, warehouses, work with transport companies, legal and financial departments;
• li>
• Organization and control of delivery and placement of advertising materials;
• Control of all UN implementation processes campaigns;
• Monitoring the quality of placing advertising materials;
• Preparation of reports;
• Cooperation with existing and search for new agencies to produce materials on request;
• li>Control of the timeliness of receipt of original documents, the correctness of their filling and keeping of registers;
• Analysis, structuring and optimization of work processes.

• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines;
• Understanding key terms and concepts media planning;
• Ability to work independently on projects and conduct campaigns independently.
