Job description:

We are looking for a case manager to work with families who are in difficult life circumstances and at risk of divorce with children. The main goal of the work is to support families, develop parenting skills and prevent the removal of children from their family environment.

Main duties:

• ensures the collection of information on children left without parental care, analytically processes data on such children;
• carries out the cases of children left without parental care, in order to place them in a foster care system;
• conducts an analysis of the situation with the functioning of family forms of education (FSP), which are already operating in the region;
• together with the SSD, conducts a search for SFSs in the region to place children in SFSs;
• recruits potential candidates to participate in training with the aim of creating new SFSs;

• provides support to families at the stage of accepting a child in the SFV; together with the SSD determines the need to involve a "family assistant";
• collaborates with the "family assistant" to achieve goals in working with families; interacts with partners and subjects of social work of the region/community for the realization of project goals;
• joins in participation in meetings, training within the framework of project implementation; keeps established documentation related to case management; 
• uses approved tools for needs assessment and case work;
• selects families to provide material\financial assistance within the framework of project implementation;
• prepares reports , analyzes quantitative and qualitative indicators based on the results of his work within the framework of project implementation;
• prepares, social stories, photos. undergoes training and supervision within the framework of the project;
• follows the Child Protection Policy; follows Anti-Fraud, Bribery and Corruption Policy; Adheres to Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Policy;
• Adheres to Sexual Exploitation, Violence and Harassment Policy.

Requirements:

• Experience of working in the social sphere or with children and families who are in difficult life circumstances;
• High level of organizational skillsand the ability to effectively plan one's activities;
• Ability to work in a team and interact with various services and structures;
• Responsibility, empathy, sociability.
