Project manager in McCann Kyiv

We are looking for a talented and energetic Project Manager for our company "McCann Kyiv". As Project Manager you will be responsible for the strategy and management of customer relations, as well as cooperation with various departments of the company.

Duties:

1. Project management: you will communicate with clients, define their needs and goals, develop an advertising campaign strategy and manage its implementation.
2. Interaction with the team: you will collaborate with strategists, copywriters, designers and other specialists to create effective advertising materials and campaigns.
3. Financial management: you will control project budgets, determine pricing policies and ensure project profitability.
4. Business development: you will work to attract new clients, conclude contracts and expand cooperation with current clients.
5. Documentation: you will work with contracts, acts, invoices and estimates together with lawyers, accounting department.

Requirements:

1. Experience: you have two years of experience in a similar position. Experience in an advertising agency is mandatory.
2. High communication skills: you have strong customer relationship management skills and the ability to confidently represent the company.
3. Analytical skills: you have developed analytical skills and the ability to analyze market trends and the competitive situation.
4. Creativity: you have the ability to generate and implement ideas that go beyond traditional solutions.
5. English language skills: you have a high level of understanding and good use of English (minimum B1).
