The Ukrainian Charitable Foundation "Voices of Children" invites you to cooperate

Charitable fund < strong style="font-weight: 700">"Voices of Children" is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in eastern Ukraine.

Our mission is to inspire and support children, to create conditions for children's voices to be heard, to support their resilience in the face of war.< /p>

The foundation realizes its mission and aims to become an effective, stable and recognizable institution in the field of child support.

In August 2023, the Voices of Children foundation, in partnership with BF "Help" and the international organization Plan International, started work within the scope of the project Relief to Protect (R2P) — "Project to improve the protection and MHPSS mechanisms for conflict-affected children, adolescents, and their families" in Ukraine), which is financed by the German Foreign Ministry (GFFO).

For this, the fund announces procurement of the services of case managers. The project will be implemented in the communities of Dnipropetrovsk , Zaporizhia and Kharkiv Oblasts.

Responsibilities:

• assessing the needs of families in the region, defining the request and the main issues;
• forming a work plan, attracting resources, specialists, and a team to meet the needs of families with children;
• involvement of a network of partner organizations related to case management (educational, medical, legal assistance, organization of leisure and other recreational activities, etc.);
• provision of charitable assistance;
• monitoring of plan implementation work;
• maintenance of the necessary documentation, in particular the reporting provided for by the project;
• implementation of the set indicators;
• representation of the interests of clients in the organizations of the state and non-state sector;

• organization and provision of services to improve the educational potential and parental competence of clients;
• organization of psychosocial work with children and their immediate environment using an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach;
• participation in training social stories and other content with the aim of highlighting and popularizing the foundation's work.

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher education in the specialty "Social Work", "Social Pedagogy" and "Psychology" will be an advantage;
• experience of social work, in particular in international projects, from 1 year;
• readiness for business trips in Ukraine;
• understanding of the topic of protection of children's rights and familiarity with the legislation of Ukraine: "On education", "On preschool education", "On general secondary education", " About out-of-school education", "About vocational and technical education", "About higher education", "About prevention and combating domestic violence", "About social work with families, children and youth", "About childhood protection", "About social services", etc.;
