Case management trainer at the Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights in Ukrayinska Merezha za prava ditini, GS

Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD)created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of child rights.

Duties:

- preparation and conducting of regional training for social work specialists of the Volyn region in order to improve the skills of participants in the field of case management by providing knowledge and skills for effective planning, coordination and implementation of social services for persons in need of support (vulnerable population groups, persons in crisis situations, etc.);

Main training tasks:

-to acquaint participants with the principles and stages of case management;

-develop the skills of assessing clients' needs and resources.

-to familiarize with methods of effective coordination between various services and institutions.

-to acquaint the participants with the basics of planning, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of working with cases.

-develop practical skills for working with real cases through discussions, group exercises and role-playing games.

- upon completion of the regional training, reporting to the Organizer (event program, list of participants, presentation, photo, etc.);

Requirements:

- higher education in the relevant field of study

- at least 5 years of coaching experience;

- general experience in the field of social services and social work of 5-10 years;

- have a positive experienceholding the eventin for social service providers from 3 to 5 years, incl. online;

- experience in developing trainings withcase management;

- a high level of knowledge of national legislation on the protection of rights child, creating and providing social services;

- excellent presentation/teaching skills /compilation of documentation.
