• knowledge of labor legislation and personnel accounting;
• experience of work as a recruiter, knowledge of methods of search and selection of personnel;
• preferred experience in organizing corporate events, team building;

Your main duties will be:

< li>search and selection of personnel;
• organization and conducting of interviews with candidates;
• interaction with department heads;
• management of candidates from the moment of the interview to the end of the probationary period< /li>
• maintenance of personnel records (recruitment, dismissal, transfer, vacations, sick leave)
• formation of HR reporting
• participation in all projects of the personnel department.
