Candidate Assessment Specialist (Assessment Center)

Responsibilities :

    •    Conducting assessment centers to assess the professional and personal competencies of candidates.

    •    Development and adaptation of assessment tools (tests, cases, interviews by competencies).

Conducting structured interviews with candidates.

    •    Preparation of analytical reports for clients with recommendations based on the results of the assessment.

    •    Participation in the development of solutions to improve the quality of recruitment.

Requirements:

    •    Experience in personnel evaluation or HR from 1 year.

    •    Knowledge of assessment methods and tools (STAR-interview, assessment centers, psychometric tests).

    •    Skills of analytical thinking and a structured approach to work.

    •    Excellent communication skills, attention to detail.

    •    Certification in the field of HR or personnel evaluation will be an advantage.
