HR Manager in Everstar

One ​​of our clients is engaged in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices that improve the effectiveness of combat operations. 

The company is constantly growing, developing and improving work processes.  

The Human Resources department is currently expanding, so we are looking for HR Manager for the production team.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in HR field 3+ years (experience working with production will be an advantage);
• Experience in implementing and controlling the necessary HR processes (Onboarding, Offboarding, adaptation, motivation systems, development and training, various personnel evaluation systems and others);
• Basic knowledge of the basics of personnel administration;
• The desire to implement and manage changes.

Future responsibilities:

• Creation, improvement and optimization of HR processes;
• Working with personnel department specialists;
• Organization of on-boarding and off-boarding;
• Participation in the adaptation and evaluation of team performance;
• Change management: planning, informing, training;
• Team development and various activities, development of corporate culture;
• Participation in various HR projects.
