We are currently looking for a Purchasing Manager with deep analytical skills in the field of plumbing! 

80% of the time you will have to work with Excel tables!!! Ability to work with data and analytics will be a key criterion!

What kind of candidate we are looking for:

• With excellent Excel skills! Ability to build complex reports, large summary tables and knowledge of formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIF...).
• With successful experience of working in commercial trading companies for at least 2 years related to the management of product balances of a large assortment.
• Able to think strategically and conduct in-depth analysis of "defects" and "surpluses".
• With successful experience of analyzing purchases of a large assortment of goods from 2 years.
• Experience with importing factory goods from China will be a big advantage!
• With knowledge of international logistics, customs clearance procedures and accompanying documents.
• Which will be proactive and determined to do everything possible to achieve business goals company.
• Has a high level of communication, knows how to ask for help and offer ideas.
• Persistent, knows how to conduct a reasoned and constructive dialogue, both within the company and with suppliers.

What tasks will be required perform:

• Effectively manage the process of ensuring uninterrupted product stocks of your category.
• Fully responsible for a trusted group of products: analysis, balance management, product arrival, procurement forecast.
• Organizationaloversee and control logistics processes and product delivery dates.
• Constant communication with suppliers to monitor the fulfillment of contract conditions and the scope of supply.
• Search and selection of new suppliers, evaluation of their offers and negotiations on prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and quality of goods.
• Interaction with the logistics department on the approval of customs documents, support for clearance shipments, providing certificates, etc.
• Working closely with product managers regarding complaints and product quality issues.
• Controlling payments and mutual settlements with suppliers.
• Working with Excel tables: analytics, reporting, product balances.
