Business trainer in the HR department (office) in Krivenda L. A., FOP

We are looking for an experienced business coach who knows how to not only teach, but systematically develop candidates and help them achieve results. The position involves working in an office as part of an HR team with stable processes and a transparent structure.

Working conditions

• Full time: 5/2, from 09:00 to 19:00

• Salary: UAH 48,000 + bonuses for training efficiency of candidates

• Stable employment and long-term cooperation

• Support of the HR team and clear work processes

Main responsibilities

• Conducting training and educational sessions for new candidates

• Supporting candidates during adaptation and evaluating them results

• Development and improvement of training programs

• Interaction with the HR department to increase the effectiveness of training

Requirements for the candidate

• Experience as a business trainer or coach

• Confident oral language and competent presentation of material

• Skills structure information and teach adults

• High level of responsibility and result orientation
