Main areas of activity:

• trade in new KIA cars
• trade in spare parts, after-sales and warranty service

TASKS

• Development and conducting stationary and online trainings, master classes, presentations and workshops in the direction of after-sales service for car service customers:
  • forming customer-oriented behavior and improving the quality of customer service among service managers and consultants;
  • improving the skills of selling spare parts, additional equipment and related services;
  • customer service standards and customer management skills experience.
• Development of test and practical tasks to assess the level of knowledge and skills of employees of all levels in the service direction.
• Analysis and assessment of changes in the behavior of employees in customer service processes based on the results of training and received feedback from customers;
• Participation in professional skill competitions, product trainings, test drives.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE

• Higher education - desirable specialized, additional education in coaching work;
• Experience of working in the auto business (sales of goods or services, personnel management);
• Skills in conducting online interactive events;
• Sociability, charisma, the ability to "hold" the audience's attention;
• Literacy, the ability to work with texts, presentation tools and materials;
• Fluent written and spoken Ukrainian, English - intermediate level;

• Availability of a driver's license. li> Schedule jobs: 5-week working week from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., weekend - Saturday and Sunday
