Requirements:

• work experience in staff training in the field of fashion retail from 2 years (with luxury brands segment);
• practical experience in sales with live traffic, as well as a cold client base;
• leadership qualities, the ability to rally a team and charge for results;
• availability of own educational base of materials, readiness for self-development.

Responsibilities:

• training for personnel on various topics ( history of brands, sales techniques, psychological techniques when working with clients, etc.);
• work with the client base (distribution between employees, setting tasks for processing, quality control);
• mentoring for personnel (assistance in solving complex cases, working with clients, setting a positive mood and working atmosphere);
• reporting to the management on the results of the work performed.
