What will you do:

• Training of the personnel of the sales department of the company, Kyiv and branches, a total of 120 salesmen.
• Training in sales and customer support. Mostly active sales, B2B clients. 
• Participation in the selection of sales (at the stage of approval of candidates), adaptation of newcomers to internal processes and sales, regular evaluation, preparation of a development plan and conducting direct training (online/offline formats).
• Support current LMS, courses purely in the direction of sales (preparation of courses and tests, videos, uploading to the system, updates if necessary). Preparation of analytics on efficiency training.

What is needed:

• Experience as a sales trainer for 3 years or more, preferably B2B, active/direct sales.
< li>You have experience in sales training (preferably B2B, active/direct sales).
• A confident PC user, preparing a Powerpoint presentation is not a problem for you.
< li>The ability to motivate and arrange such classes so that even beginners can become pros in sales.
• A talent for communication, a sense of humor and boundless optimism - this is what creates a team spirit!
