We are looking for an IT Product Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for IT products

• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, clients, and users

• Collaborate with development, design, QA, and marketing teams

• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories

• Monitor product development progress and ensure timely delivery

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities

• Analyze product metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement

• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch support

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT product management or related roles

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Ability to write clear user stories, specifications, and documentation

• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• English proficiency (read/write/speak) - intermediate or higher

Nice to have (but not necessarily):

• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello)

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles

• Understanding of backend/frontend technologies

• Experience in SaaS, web, or mobile product management
