It is important for us:
- Higher education (preferably in management, economics, business, engineering, or related fields). Additional courses or certifications in business analytics, process management, or business process automation will be an advantage.
- Understanding of business processes, principles of their optimization.Knowledge of business process description methodologies.Knowledge of writing and updating principles regulatory documents. The basics of business analysis and methods of assessing the effectiveness of business processes.
- Understanding modern project management methods (preferred).
- Competent written and spoken Ukrainian: language proficiency at the level which allows you to effectively communicate with different audiences, formulate thoughts clearly and clearly.
The main tasks of the position:
- Describe store business processes, create process models.
- Identify bottlenecks and problem areas in store business processes, initiate changes to existing store processes.
- Participate and moderate working groups on process automation.
- Participate together with process owners in updating and writing regulatory documents, maintain the regulatory framework in accordance with the process model (remove contradictions and "white spots"), develop and consolidate a methodological base for improving the quality and efficiency of processes in stores.
- Develop methods of prompt response to crisis and non-standard situations that can lead to poor customer service and inefficient work in general.
- Participate in the development of training programs for store employees, conduct webinars/face-to-face training if necessary.
- Analyze the productivity and efficiency of stores before and after the implementation of changes.
- Conduct field monitoring activities.
