Business Process Manager in GENERATION OF RECRUITERS

Vacancy Business Process Manager for an international B2B company engaged in the import and sale of electrical products .

Functional duties:

• A documented procedure has been created for each line process of the company, which is kept up-to-date and updated as needed or quarterly;
• Running a regular, team-friendly process and documentation compliance assessment rhythm;
• Annual development and implementation of a business operations improvement program in the form of automations or optimizations to increase efficiency;
• Creating a process and systematic control of the execution of internal company documents (Directives of the holding, internal directives, documented procedures, regulations, instructions, etc.);
• Creating a calendar of events that includes all tasks from the holding's directives and internal documents, available to responsible employees

Experience and skills preferences of candidates:

• Experience as a process manager, business analyst, operations manager or in related fields from 1 year;
• Education in management, business administration or related fields;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.);
• Knowledge of process and project management methodologies (BPM , Agile, Scrum, PMBOK);
• Ability to deeply analyze business processes in order to optimize and automate them;
• Skills in identifying and implementing improvements to improve the efficiency of business operations.
• Certifications in business analysis and operations management will be an advantage;
• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Pre-Intermediate.
