We are looking for HR People Partner

Functional duties:

• Responsible for the full cycle of adaptation of new employees;  

• Assist in administrative matters and advise on internal company policy;  

• Develop methods of personnel development and retention;  

• Develop personnel evaluation methods and optimize key HR processes; 

• Implement HR projects of the company;  

• Provide support for employees at all stages of the life cycle in the company; 

• Conduct 1:1 meetings with employees;  

• Implement and control the system of accounting for working  

From you we expect:

• 3 years of experience in a similar position;  

• Experience with HR tools - analysis and metrics;  

• Experience of working in an international environment in a complex matrix organization or IT company;

• Experience with various HR systems and tools;

• Experience in managing HR projects such as implementing new systems or processes, organizational change and culture development initiatives;

• Ability to work with data: collection, analysis and interpretation of HR indicators, preparation of reports and recommendations;

• Knowledge of the English language at the B2/C1 level.
