We offer tailored insurance solutions relying on our professionalism by assuring confidence and ensuring the highest quality.Our insurance company is in the process of establishing a dedicated Business Process Management (BPM) division. The Head of BPM will be tasked with leading the implementation of this department, working closely with the Executive Board, external consultants, and internal departments such as Internal Control, Compliance, Quality Assurance, and IT Development to ensure the successful integration and continuous improvement of business processes.This vacancy consider relocation to Baku, Azerbaijan.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and lead the BPM department, ensuring a clear methodology is developed and maintained for all business processes.Act as the main point of contact for business process owners across departments to ensure proper implementation and oversight of process improvements.Develop and maintain a BPM roadmap for continuous process maturity and optimization.Oversee the development, documentation, and testing of business processes to ensure they are efficient, well-documented, and risk-free.Coordinate with process owners and teams to implement process improvements that align with organizational KPIs such as speed, cost, and satisfaction.Ensure that processes are timely optimized, tested, and compliant with internal controls and compliance standards.Build and manage a team of process analysts and implementors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and optimization.Provide guidance and training to process owners on process documentation, implementation, and control measures.QualificationsStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional team.Experience in business process management, proven track record in process optimization.Knowledge of BPM methodologies and digital tools for process documentation and testing.Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and process advocacy Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Директор Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язки Управління і Промисловість Галузі Страхування
