We are currently looking for a Business Process Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

• Administration of the library of regulatory documents on SharePoint Online: introducing new ones, updating existing ones, archiving documents that have lost their validity, providing access for employees;
• Administration of the register of business processes: monitoring and making necessary changes;
• Review and approval of regulatory documents:checking documents for compliance with internal standards, coordination within the approval process;
• Development of business process models in BPMN 2.0 and SIPOC notation:creation of schematic models that reflect the relationship between various business processes, analysis and identification of opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Education: Secondary- special, incomplete higher or higher in specialties: Electrical engineering, Electric power engineering, electrical engineering and electromechanics, Engineering, Management/ Project management, Enterprise economics, Information systems and technologies, Document studies
• Basic theoretical understanding of the process approach: business process architecture (APQC) PDCA cycle, process design and modeling, process analysis, monitoring and control;
• Presentation skills: ability to create presentations, present information clearly and ideas in MS Power Point;
• Skills for working with documents: creating, formatting and correcting text documents in MS Word;
• Knowledge of the English language: no less medium Intermediate (B1) - preferably, possibly lower, subject to further development.

Additional requirements:

• Ownership of the MS 365 package ;
• Basic understanding of SharePoint Online operation and administration;
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and SIPOC business process modeling notations;
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and BPMCBOK 4 - will be an advantage;
• Knowledge and ability to create reports in Power BI - will be an advantage.
