Main duties:

• Creation and implementation of marketing strategy< /strong> of the company, focused on social networks and advertising channels.
• Organization and control of the marketing plan, ensuring its implementation within the specified time and in accordance with the company's standards.
• Analysis of market trends and prospective directions of development, adaptation of strategy to new trends.
• Participation in the creation of new products and services, as well as in the formation of unique positioning hotels.
• Increasing brand awareness of Optima Hotels & Resorts in the market of Ukraine and beyond.
• Management of the marketing team (selection , control, coordination of work of SMM, direct manager, targetologist) to achieve maximum results.
• Increasing sales through social networks, attracting new customers and improving communication with existing ones.
• Analytics and reporting: tracking the effectiveness of marketing actions, regular reporting and making changes to improve efficiency.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience in marketing from 2 years with an emphasis on planning, organizing and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Practical experience in launching and developing brands or products on the market.
• Marketing process management skills: from strategy to implementation, including team management and achieving specific business results.
• Creativity, analytical approach and leadership qualities to develop innovative solutions and team management.
