We are looking for a Deputy Dean for Program Implementation and Student Services, who will be responsible for the full cycle of implementation of the business school's educational programs: from study planning to student graduation.
This role is needed to:
systematically manage the operational processes of programs,
to ensure a high level of student service,
keep quality, finances and regulatory compliance of programs under control,
scale applications without losing quality.
This role requires:
Complete higher education (master's degree or equivalent). An international education (MBA, MA in Education Management, Leadership Studies, etc.) will be an advantage.
Experience of 3-5 years in operational management of educational programs or service divisions.
Deep understanding of the full cycle of implementation of higher education programs: from recruitment to graduation, including academic, operational and service units.
Experience in managing program implementation teams and coordinating teachers, student services and administrative support.
Skills for planning and controlling academic calendars, schedules, resource allocation and teacher workload.
Experience with program budgets: financial planning, cost control, performance analysis.
Analytical skills: work with NPS, CSAT, retention, attendance indicators, preparation of management reporting.
Knowledge of the regulatory framework of higher education, accreditation requirements and internal quality standards.
Proficiency in process and data management tools (Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, Notion, CRM/LMS).
Experience in change management and implementation of digital solutions.
Leadership and the ability to build effective teams.
Systemic thinking and vision of the educational program as a complete product.
Strong communication skills and service mindset.
Your responsibilities will be:
Operational management of degree programs
Management of the full cycle of implementation of degree programs of the business school — from study planning to student graduation.
Planning and control of the educational process in accordance with academic calendars and approved schedules.
Ensuring compliance with academic rules, assessment procedures and student support.
Optimization of operational processes to increase efficiency and scalability of programs.
Implementation and development of digital tools to support the educational process and communication.
Program command management
Coordinating the work of academic directors, administrative teams andstudent services.
Management of teams responsible for program administration and communication with students.
Ensuring coordinated interaction between academic, operational and service units.
Student service and experience
Formation and implementation of student service standards at all stages of education.
Building a feedback collection and analysis system, measuring student satisfaction.
Initiate and implement improvements to the student experience based on data and feedback.
Financial and legal coordination of programs
Cooperation with the financial and legal divisions regarding the implementation of programs.
Control of contracts, acts, payments, returns and financial obligations.
Control of implementation of program budgets and compliance with financial plans.
Preparation of management and financial reporting by programs.
Ensuring compliance with internal university policies and procedures.
Quality system
Control of program implementation standards (teaching staff, academic leaders, service).
Analysis of quality indicators and initiation of corrective actions.
Cooperation with the academic unit to improve the quality of content and teaching.
International cooperation
Development of strategic partnerships with international business schools and universities.
Ensuring compliance of programs with international standards.
Creating opportunities for students' international academic experience.
Interaction with the university
Participation in the work of university senates and committees.
Approval of regulatory documents, provisions and procedures.
Coordination of issues of academic status and compliance with university standards.
Ensuring constructive interaction between the business school and the central units of the university.
