What we will entrust you with:

• Cooperation and communication: Establishing effective communication with the company's divisions to ensure financial support and coordination in the implementation of agricultural projects
• OKR: Challenge of business objectives, proposals for inclusion/setting (exhaustiveness of metrics and KR), performance monitoring, control, verification
• Financial planning and analysis: Analysis of financial indicators , analytics on request (ad-hoc), modeling of financial results for management decision-making
• Budgeting: Coordination, determination of assumptions and limitations, standards, provision of economically justified proposals, risk analysis
• Analysis and management of efficiency: Analysis of financial indicators of agricultural production units, identification of key areas for improvement and creation of recommendations to increase efficiency and effectiveness, identification of ideas (own and business), moderation of the process transition from idea to project, post-analysis of performance (impact on EBITDA)
• Decision-making support: Providing financial recommendations to management for making strategic and operational decisions
• Presentation of business results: Preparation of presentation materials on the implementation of financial indicators, OKR and KRI business, participation in production meetings
• Analytics: Setting tasks of the analytics department regarding formation of basic Power BI analytics and reporting, defines the essence and purpose of the tool (report) financial performance indicators, OKR
• Risk assessment: Identification and management of financial risks in agricultural production, development of plans for their minimizationization
• Control and compliance: Ensuring compliance with the company's financial policies and procedures, managing financial risks and monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements. Support of audits (internal and external)
• Implementation of changes: Development and implementation of financial strategies and processes to increase efficiency and optimize resources, driving changes and transformations of business processes, participation in projects on the implementation of new systems and processes
• In case of non-standard situations, signal the need for action (based on the results of analysis and identified risks)

• You have experience in software 1C, PowerBI, SAP
• You have Excel at the level of an advanced user
• You have Word, Power Point, O365 at the level of a confident user

• You have experience as a financial manager or at least a leading economist
• You have analytical skills to assess enterprise performance, identify trends and identify opportunities for optimization
• Understand agricultural production processes
• Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders and explain complex financial issues in simple words
