Business assistant to the manager, project management assistant in Matis and Mary

Semen Sokha is the owner of the business marketing agency "Matis and Mary" and co-owner of the company "Clever Study", which provides educational and consulting services. 

Founded both companies in 2020, and now moderates the activities of 1000+ people . He has been developing his own expertise for over 12 years. 

We are looking for business an assistant who will be directly involved in the development of the owner's internal businesses and external projects that are clients of the business marketing agency. This position is critical as you will be a key player in executive support, process organization and project management, allowing us to focus on strategic goals and scaling the business. Our joint work will help optimize time and resources, ensuring uninterrupted work and development of our companies.

What we entrust to you:

• Project management: strategic planning, division of responsibilities, management.

• Business analysis and strategic planning (market analysis, strategy development).

• Work with KPI and progress monitoring.

• Automating routine tasks and introducing innovations.

• Calendar management, organization of meetings, preparation of documents and reports.

• Communication with counterparties, contractors, transfer of information on behalf of the manager.

• Organization, coordination and support of marketing activities, including lead generation.

• Active participation in finding solutions, analyzing situations and providing proposals for improving business processes.

• Involvement in digital marketing activities, including SEO, SERM, content marketing.

What we want to see from you:

• experience of performing management functions in a digital environment (marketing, consulting companies or departments) from 1.5 years

• activity in the field of business analysis or strategic planning (for example, as an analyst, business planner, business development assistant, etc.)

• participation in the processes of development and implementation of business strategies, conducting competitor analysis, market research

• hands-on experience with key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor progress

• experience in performing administrative tasks (calendar management, preparation of documents and reports)

• participation in the creation of marketing materials, analysis of their results.

• high level of responsibility, autonomy

• initiative, critical thinking, communication skills

• ability to quickly learn new processes, emotional intelligence.

Terms:

Payment twice a month with quarterly bonuses.

Remote activity (if you are in Lviv - an advantage)
