Business Operations Specialist (with finance background) in EPAM

We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist (with Finance background) who will be responsible for managing contracts, optimizing data analytics, overseeing budgeting, improving onboarding processes, and leading automation and process improvement initiatives.

The candidate will lead compliance and risk management, maintaining compliance with legal standards and organizational goals while facilitating cross-functional cooperation.

 Responsibilities

-Manage the creation, review and negotiation of complex contracts and agreements

-Implement and maintain contract management processes and systems

-Monitoring contract execution, compliance and interim results

-Identification and mitigation of contractual risks

-Management timely updating and maintenance of contract database

-Development of key performance indicators for contract management and operational efficiency

-Prepare performance and effectiveness reports for business unit managers

-Use data analytics to make strategic decisions

-Control costs related to contracts

-Manage budgets and financial planning of contracts

-Develop and optimize onboarding processes

-Coordinate work with different departments to improve the onboarding process

-Identify automation opportunities and work on automating solutions

-Evaluate and improve existing processes and manage reengineering processes

-Ensure compliance with current legislation and assist during audits

-Contribute cross-departmental communications to ensure smooth operations
 
 
 Requirements

-3+ years of contract management and business operations experience

-Experience in analyzing, negotiating and managing complex agreements

-Knowledge of contract law and regulations

-Data analysis and development skills KPI

-Understanding the principles of budget management

-Skills to optimize and automate processes

-Ability to work together with different functions

-Qualification in business administration or related fields
