Young Business Club is an international business Club that has been 7 years unites young entrepreneurs around the world. We have in our arsenal a huge experience in solving entrepreneurial challenges, which helped us to unite 1000+ entrepreneursin such cities as Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Ivano-Frankivsk, Warsaw, Lisbon, Berlinand others.

What do we expect from you?

• High communication skills, we have a lot of communication
• Insane understanding of how business works. We speak the same language with the participants
• The ability to find an approach to any person. You will work with both small businesses and owners of well-known brands, such as Sherif, ISEI, Voda.ua, Atoksil, Solmar, BUKI, Hello Tea, and others
• Creativity and initiative. Our members are very busy, so it is necessary to be able to give them the value of the Club in a timely manner
• High level of self-organization and planning. Everything must be clearly planned and recorded
• Disciplined management of the CRM system and filling in key indicators

Why might you NOT like this position?

• You quickly get tired of communication and a large number of people
• There is a fear of meeting new people first
• Possible revisions and an intensive schedule at times
• It is difficult to manage many clients immediately
• Get lost in resolving conflict situations

So what should you do as a business manager?

< li>Constant communication with your pool of participants of 50-60 people - personal meetings, calls, correspondence
• Resolving various requests of participants within the Club
• Getting to know participants among themselves and help in organizing personal of meetings
• Inviting participants to club events
• Maintaining profiles of participants in the CRM system and entering the necessary indicators
• Adaptation of new members of the Club
• Moderation of meetings
