Deputy store manager

Areas of responsibility:

• Formation of an effective team (selection, adaptation, training, coordination and control of personnel work);
• Ensuring maximum attractiveness store for customers according to corporate of the Company's standards;
• Control and maintenance of TMC.

We expect:

• Effective achievement of results according to the main indicators of work in previous positions;
• Availability of secondary special (commercial, economic), incomplete higher or higher education (mainly in the field of trade, economy, finance, management);
• Availability successful at least 1 year of managerial experience in food retail or in office positions;
• Availability of PC experience at the level of a confident user (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, preferably knowledge of 1C: Trade and warehouse) ;
• Willingness to learn.
