Business Growth Director in 4Team

A dynamic Age Management and personalized health and energy solutions company is looking for a Business Growth Director—a strategic leader who will build a large-scale partner ecosystem, expand brand presence in the market, open new business lines and drive company growth through effective monetization and collaboration models.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in launching or scaling businesses (from 3 years in management positions: Business Development / Commercial / Strategy / Operations)
• Understanding the dynamics of the HealthTech, Wellness, Age Management or Lifestyle & Beauty markets.
• System thinking, result-oriented
• Skills in business analytics, negotiations, building partner ecosystems
• High level of communication and the ability to form motivated teams
• Knowledge of English at the B2+ level (will be an advantage for international projects) well-being
• Build and lead development, commercial and partnership teams, ensuring synergy between marketing, product and operational processes
• Analyze market, consumer trends and competitive environment; turn data into solutions
• Build long-term relationships with key customers, partners and medical/scientific structures
• Participate in the development of new products, programs and services for various customer segments
• Responsible for financial indicators of growth: planning, budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis.
