Our employee in this position:

• Responsible for conducting training and checking the knowledge of employees on occupational health and safety, fire safety, pre-medical assistance and performance of advanced work dangers
• Monitors compliance with the requirements of labor protection, fire and man-made safety, civil protection by employees and contractors, issues mandatory orders to eliminate violations
• Participates in the investigation of accidents and accidents at work, as well as in the development of measures to prevent them
• Participates in the preparation of regulatory documents, training programs and test tasks for annual inspection knowledge of workers on occupational health and safety
• Participates in the assessment of occupational health and safety risks and the development of corrective measures
• Responsible for the preparation of annual statistical and non-financial reporting
• Responsible for the availability of permit documentation for high-risk works and equipment, conducting technical inspections and expert examinations of equipment
• Monitors the execution of instructions and plans by department heads corrective measures based on the results of security audits, collects, consolidates and analyzes reports on the implementation of corrective actions of occupational safety, fire and man-made safety, civil protection and the basics of labor legislation
• Knowledge and skills of implementing international practices in the field of occupational safety (leadership in the field of safety, safety audits, behavioral audits, five steps of safety, LOTO, 5S, etc.)
• Experience of implementing a risk-oriented approach in occupational safety
• Experience of conducting trainings on occupational safety, fire safety, as well as fire and emergency training
• Proficiency in accounting systems at the level of a confident user: Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365; experience with software: 1C, SAP, ITSM, K2 BPM, Partners, Vchasno
• Experience of drafting technical tasks and conducting commercial selection of counterparties
• Category B driver's license and driving experience
