MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the Business Excellence roadmap at the affiliate level to support the company growth strategy. Ensure effective BEx coordination between local and international teams.
  • Digital Promotion and Transformation: Drive the digital and omnichannel strategy, ensuring seamless integration between digital touchpoints and traditional sales efforts. Support the adoption of digital solutions and omnichannel practices.
  • Field Force Effectiveness (FFE) & CRM: Lead the FFE strategy to optimize territory management, targeting, and segmentation. 
  • Business Intelligence (BI): Strengthen the culture of data-driven performance. Use data analytics tools to measure business and operational performance. 
  • Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the Business Excellence budget, ensuring optimal ROI on digital and analytical investments.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field;
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and team management 5+ years;
  • Proven track record in Business Excellence, Sales or Marketing;
  • Proficiency in CRM management and BI tools (e.g., Power BI);
  • Expertise in Omnichannel/Digital marketing strategies within a regulated environment;
  • Strong analytical capabilities for market modeling and forecasting;
  • Fluent English, Ukrainian.
