DashDevs is looking for a skilled Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base by identifying, reaching out to, and engaging potential clients. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your consultative selling skills while developing an advanced understanding of our product and industry. As part of our team, you'll have the chance to grow both personally and professionally, work closely with sales and marketing, and play a key role in our company's success. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and helping our BDM team build relationships with prospects. This role offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth, allowing you to collaborate closely with the BDM and Marketing teams and develop your industry knowledge.YOUR BACKGROUNDUnderstanding of software engineering and its business challengesExperience with lead generation tools and platforms like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales NavigatorProficiency in CRM systems for managing outreach and tracking leadsStrong analytical and research skillsExcellent communication skills in English (B2+), both verbal and writtenSkills that will be a plus:HubSpot proficiencyFintech domain experienceExperience with lead generation, analytics, and outreach platforms like Apollo, Linked Helper, CrunchbasePrevious experience preferred:1+ year of outbound BDR experience in an IT services company, with a proven track record of generating quality leads Leading effective outreach campaigns, implementing improvements based on data-driven insights Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for lead generation to build a pipeline of prospects Proactively engage decision-makers in target companies through LinkedIn and email campaigns, and other outreach tools; and work closely with the teams of Business Development Managers Conduct initial pre-qualification to ensure prospects align with our ideal customer profile and meet qualification criteria Work closely with Marketing to optimize lead generation processes Monitor lead quality and conversion rates by tracking key metrics and providing actionable insights to the teamMeet and exceed KPIs and supporting targetsBefore we consider you, please answer 2 questions: Which sales tools have been most effective for you in generating leads?
