You will work closely with a lead generation team and C-level executives, where you will upgrade your professional skills in a supportive environment.Along with having an extensive understanding of the tools, our ideal applicant possesses strong business communication abilities, an eye for quality prospects, and the capacity to maintain contact with them by following up frequently. We’re always happy to discover and apply your innovative ideas that go beyond the ordinary.Benefits of this position:You will get a unique opportunity to participate in weekly meetings with experienced Lead generation specialists and SDRs from 8 companies that are members of InSotf.Partners group to learn, share knowledge and experience, brainstorm, and overcome obstacles together.Job Requirements:— 2+ years of commercial experience in SDR, pre-sales, outreach specialist, or similar positions in the IT industry;— a good understanding of the outsource/outstaff business model;— deep understanding of LinkedIn and Upwork setup;— strong communication and negotiation skills;— at least Upper-Intermediate level of English both spoken and written;— proactive, self-driven, result-oriented personality with an open mindset;Responsibilities:— Pick up qualified leads from the lead generation team, maintain high-quality correspondence, follow-ups ensuring timely responses through platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn;— convert potential customers into demos, arrange intro calls and schedule meetings with the CEO;— Participate in pre-sales along with our C-level executives;— Execute outbound campaigns to engage prospects and nurture relationships through personalized messaging;— Maintain up-to-date records in our Hubspot CRM;— Track and report on KPIs.We offer:— competitive salary according to the qualifications;— 40 hours per week​, flexible working hours;— remote or hybrid work model (office location: Lviv, 4, Volodymyr Velykyi str.);— 18-days paid vacation; 5 days paid sick leave, 11 state holidays;— accounting support;— professional development and well-being (English/professional courses/sports are partially compensated by the company);— the agile approach to management and no bureaucracy;— participation in specialized conferences, training programs, and seminars.
