ElifTech is looking for IT Sales Manager to join our fast-growing and ambitious company.Responsibilities:active IT sales in international markets;communication with customers, active participation in the full sales cycle;identification of clients' business needs in software products and services;drafting of business proposals;building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them and understanding their needs;negotiations with international clients;managing client’s objections;active use of the CRM system.Ideal Candidate: C1+ spoken and written English. Your English isn’t just good—it’s so fluent you can handle business negotiations, technical explanations, and even crack a joke with clients in real time. Experience in selling IT outsourcing services for 4+ years is a must. After these years in IT outsourcing sales, we expect you to have the skills to sell ice to penguins and leave competitors in the dust.Experience in direct B2B sales, business development, and selling services at C-level is a must. It means that you’re a B2B sales ninja. C-level execs don’t just listen to your pitch, they’re ready to sign on the dotted line before you finish your first sentence. Deep knowledge of IT outsourcing service development. We hope that You know IT outsourcing like Sherlock Holmes knows his cases—inside out and upside down. Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals. (You could explain quantum physics to your grandma and she’d understand)Ability to attain targets. For you, targets are just the starting point. You break records faster than others brew their morning coffee. The ability to solve complex problems. Complex problems? You eat those for breakfast. When everyone else is scratching their heads, you’re already five steps ahead, solving the puzzle and making it look effortless—and maybe even a little fun.Patient, methodical, analytical, and diligent approach to understanding client challenges. You’re the client-whisperer. With patience and precision, you uncover client pain points like a detective on a mission, often solving problems they didn’t even know they had—before they even ask.Relationship-building and cooperation skills. You’re a master of relationships, turning every client into a long-term partner. The ability to work with KPIs. You don’t just meet KPIs—you dance with them. Whether they’re shifting or static, you’re always on point, fine-tuning your strategy to stay ahead and turning every metric into a success story.The high degree of responsibility, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize needs. When deadlines are looming, you’re already one step ahead, calmly managing the chaos with a smile.Residency in an English-speaking country for 1+ years will be an advantage.
