We are looking for the Head of the Operator Group to effectively manage and coordinate the work of our team.< /p>

 Who are we looking for? You are an ideal candidate if:

• You have experience in a similar position (minimum 3 months).
• You have skills in conducting training events.
• You have leadership qualities and the ability to organize the work of a team.
• You are confident in Google Docs and Excel.
• Responsible, communicative and motivated to develop.
• Knowledge of English at the B1 level will be an advantage.

What will be included in your responsibilities?

• Organization and control of the work of a group of operators.
• Tracking and achievement of KPI .
• Training and adaptation of new employees.
• Compilation and analysis of reports.
• Evaluation of the quality of incoming and outgoing calls.
• Constant feedback communication with the team.
